Test passed! In the most difficult conditions, the “Serenity” lived up to her name.
After a four-week crossing, which started in La Rochelle, she has now arrived safely in Šibenik. The trip of 2720 nm was extended to 3088 nm due to the strong current.
The experienced sailors covered this distance with an average speed of 5.6 knots. The crew is completely convinced by the Lagoon 42, due to its resilience as well as the high comfort thanks to the spacious three-cabin version: The “Serenity” mastered this adventure with flying colors.
The highlight of the trip – besides a tuna caught by hand – was the group of dolphins that welcomed the “Serenity” at the Portuguese coast and accompanied her for several miles.
