Test passed! In the most difficult conditions, the “Serenity” lived up to its name.
After a four-week crossing that started in La Rochelle, she has now arrived safe and sound in Šibenik. The trip of 2720 nm was extended to 3088 nm due to the strong current.
The experienced sailors covered this distance at an average of 5.6 knots. The crew is completely convinced by the Lagoon 42, due to its resilience and the high level of comfort thanks to the spacious three-cabin version: “Serenity” mastered this adventure with flying colors.
The highlight of the trip – apart from a tuna caught by hand – was the group of dolphins that welcomed the “Serenity” on the Portuguese coast and accompanied her for several miles.
