Mamma Mia
Lagoon 40

This Lagoon 40 “Mamma Mia” impresses with numerous extras that cannot be found on any other Lagoon 40. In the cockpit, the large solid oak table with folding side panels offers space for up to 8 people with easy access to the seats. The extended stern tips in conjunction with the electrically lowerable bathing platform offer direct access to the water and guarantee unrestricted bathing pleasure. Together with the stylish teak deck, the saloon creates a feel-good atmosphere. The cockpit and steering position can be protected from wind and rain by a complete cockpit cover with large windows if required, thus considerably extending the living space on board. The 4 LED underwater lights at the stern bathe the water in blue light at night, creating fantastic moments in quiet bays. Catamarans are known to be easy to maneuver and turn on the spot with their two engines. On the Mamma Mia, this is topped off by the powerful bow thruster, making mooring and casting off maneuvers a breeze even in strong crosswinds. The Lagoon 40 is often referred to as an avant-garde catamaran due to its exceptional design and spacious open cockpit with an unobstructed view of the sea. Additional seating is available in the cockpit on the side and at the rear. Sun loungers on the saloon roof and the foredeck offer further space for relaxation. With the mast set aft, a self-tacking jib and only two reefing lines in the main, the cat can be sailed playfully and stably, while still impressing with a large sail area and outstanding performance. The ergonomically designed helm station, equipped with modern Raymarine instruments, is easily accessible from both the cockpit and the deck and allows easy communication between skipper and crew at all times. The windlass can be operated from here. Inside, large windows in the hull with integrated hatches and the light-flooded saloon ensure exceptional daylight conditions and the equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. The list of extras on this Lagoon 40 “Mamma Mia” is long, especially worth mentioning:
