Der neuste Zuwachs zu unserer Flotte, eine Hanse 508, die Mare Estrella ist auf dem Weg. Die Segelyacht wurde in Portoroz in Slowenien gewassert und ist nun auf dem Seeweg unterwegs nach Šibenik. Sie wird am Wochenende in der Marina einlaufen und pünktlich zur Sommer-Hochsaison für euren Traum charter Urlaub bereitstehen.

Office Job with a Sea View – Join MARE Yachting!
MARE Yachting is growing and we are looking for an Administrative Office Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Šibenik, full-time (40 hours/week). Start: February 2026
MARE Yachting is an established charter base in Šibenik with over 15 years of experience working with international clients and partners. We value structure, reliability and a friendly, team-oriented working environment.
Your responsibilities:
• Administrative office management and organization of internal processes
• Support in accounting (invoice checks, preparation for tax advisors)
• Inventory and material management
• Creating and maintaining internal lists and documentation
• Supporting the charter and office team in daily operations, including weekends
• Communication with local service providers and partners
Your profile:
• Native Croatian speaker with very good English skills (German is an advantage)
• Experience in administrative work
• Knowledge of inventory management and accounting, ideally Synesis
• Confident use of PC and Office programs
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in tourism or the maritime sector is a plus
